Baluti Bwanika Arthur

Baluti Bwanika Arthur is a forward-thinking legal professional whose practice reflects a strong convergence of law, technology and regulatory compliance. He holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Islamic University in Uganda.

He currently serves as a Legal Assistant at NS-KIGOZI Advocates within the firm's corporate and commercial practice, providing transactional and regulatory support. His work includes drafting commercial agreements, pleadings, supporting business formation, land transactions, and in-depth legal research within complex regulatory frameworks.

Arthur has developed a growing specialization in cyber law and data protection. He is the designer and developer of The Lion Hunter, a web-based legal research platform widely used by Law Development Centre students.

Sharifah Ahmed Onen

Sharifah holds an LLB from Islamic University In Uganda and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre.

She serves as a Legal Assistant at Oroma & Co. Advocates, where she provides transactional and regulatory support across all matters. Her work includes drafting legal documents, giving legal advice, and conducting legal research.

Sharifah leads the documents section of this legal resource—curating, reviewing, and managing all pleadings, affidavits, contracts, and legal instruments available in the vault. She ensures every document uploaded is accurate, procedurally compliant, and aligned with current legal standards.

She oversees content quality control, updates the repository regularly, and ensures practitioners and the public have access to reliable, ready-to-use legal templates.

Guided by the belief that the law serves the people and every legal problem has a remedy, Sharifah works alongside Principal Researcher Arthur Baluti Bwanika to maintain the integrity and utility of this legal resource.
