Baluti Bwanika Arthur is a forward-thinking legal professional whose practice reflects a strong convergence of law, technology and regulatory compliance. He holds a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Islamic University in Uganda.
He currently serves as a Legal Assistant at NS-KIGOZI Advocates within the firm's corporate and commercial practice, providing transactional and regulatory support. His work includes drafting commercial agreements, pleadings, supporting business formation, land transactions, and in-depth legal research within complex regulatory frameworks.
Arthur has developed a growing specialization in cyber law and data protection. He is the designer and developer of The Lion Hunter (www.idclionhunter.com), a web-based legal research platform widely used by Law Development Centre students.
